How fast can you get documents there?
Usually within 30 to 60 minutes of booking for collection, then straight to the destination the same day. If there's an appointment cut-off, tell us when you book.
Is my passport safe in transit?
Your documents stay with the same driver for the whole journey. No depot, no sorting, no handoff between vans. Every job also carries £50,000 Goods in Transit cover as standard.
Can you collect from London embassies too?
Yes. Most embassies and consulates are based in London, and it's one of our main service areas alongside Bristol, Bath, Birmingham and Colnbrook.
